Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slabbed (slabbed.app), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Slabbed is a portfolio tracking tool for graded collectibles (PSA, BGS, CGC, NGC, SGC, PCGS). The service allows you to catalog your graded items, track valuations, upload images, and optionally share your collection publicly.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person — do not create multiple accounts
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, collection data, notes). By using the service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.

For public profiles: content in public folders is visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. You control which folders are public through your settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service
• Scrape or bulk-download other users' data
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use the service to facilitate fraud in collectibles transactions
• Abuse API rate limits or automated access beyond normal usage

Valuations and Pricing

Any valuations, market data, or price information displayed in Slabbed are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation. Slabbed is not a financial advisor. Do not make purchase or sale decisions based solely on data from this service.

AI Image Analysis

Our AI-powered slab extraction feature uses Google Gemini to analyze uploaded images. While the AI is generally accurate, results should always be reviewed and confirmed by the user. We are not responsible for errors in AI-extracted data.

Third-Party Links and Services

Slabbed may contain links to external services (eBay, grading companies, supply retailers). These links may include affiliate parameters. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Slabbed available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Limitation of Liability

Slabbed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inaccurate valuations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
